  1. GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION TO THE 39th PHILIPPINE CHEMISTRY CONGRESS 

  2. 1. The 39th Philippine Chemistry Congress can only accommodate 1200 participants. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

  3. 2.  Interested participants will go to the 39th PCC website . Click on the Registration page.


  4. 3. A Pre-Conference Seminar-Workshop, “Mass spectrometry for multicomponent chemical profiling of functional foods”, will be held on July 1, 2025, from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, at the KNIF2E, University of San Agustin, Iloilo City. This seminar is limited to 30 slots only and with a fee of P1,000.00. The fee includes snacks, lunch and workshop materials.

    Registrants for the Pre-Conference Seminar-Workshop should be registered as official participants to the 39PCC. The registrants should fill out two registration forms: the Individual Registration Form and the Pre-Conference Registration Form.


  1. 4. These are the forms for the 39PCC Registration. For individual registration, use the Individual Registration Form. For group registration, you need to fill out two forms: Individual Registration Form AND the Group Remittance Form. Google Form can only be filled out once and cannot be edited once submitted. There will be no on-site registration.

5. We encourage one registrant, one payment. This is for the enrollment of your email address  to the Secretariat database. We encourage you to use a Gmail account for better access and connectivity. Always check your Spam folder if you expect an email from the organizer.

6. Payment of Fees.

     6.1 Pay the registration fee using the Dragonpay Payment Gateway provided on the 39PCC site. Click on the appropriate payment category and ticket on the 39PCC registration page. Fill out the information, and you will receive instructions for transferring payment. For Group payment, fill out the Group Remittance Form before you fill out the Individual Registration Form.


     6.2 For the Foreign Participant, you need to pay the registration fee using this swiftcode: setcphmm (Security Bank). You may email us to get the Security Bank Account Number at pactnational@gmail.com. After payment, fill out the Individual Registration Form.

     6.3 Take a screenshot of the Dragonpay Payment Confirmation. Dragonpay sends this confirmation to your registered email address. The screenshot should include the reference number and the amount of payment.

     6.4 Fill out the Individual Registration Form. Be ready with the following:

6.4.1 Scanned copy of a valid membership ID, certificate of membership, or school ID, if student. If your membership is no longer valid, please renew it first before accomplishing the registration form. We will not accept your registration if your membership is not valid.
6.4.2 Screenshot of the Dragonpay Payment Confirmation.
6.4.3 PRC Registration Number (for registered chemist, registered chemical technician, and licensed professional teacher)
6.4.4 Scanned copy of filled-out BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax) from your company (if this applies to the participant).

f the participant is below 18 years old, an accomplished consent form duly signed by the parent.

     6.5 You will receive a message confirming your registration in your registered email address.

7. The registration is non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.

NOTE:
You are considered registered if you have paid the registration fee and filled out the Individual Registration and Group Remittance Form (when applicable). The Registration Committee will email you to inform you that you are officially registered for the 39PCC. Turnaround time is ten (10) working days.

OFFICIAL INVOICE

We will send a digital copy of your Official Invoice to your registered email address. The hard copy of the Invoice will be given during the convention. If you need the hard copy of the Invoice prior to the convention date, fill out the Request for Delivery of Invoice. The participant  will shoulder the shipping fee.
